Necesitan mejorar el mantenimiento y la seguridad de los apartamentos ,ase un mes q no hay luz en los parqueaderos de carros y de noche se miran muchas personas tomando y fumando y . Muchas personas duermen en los parqueaderos de carros eso ase q uno este inseguro q en cualquier momento se quieran meter atu carro.
Islander Neighbors play loud music and drink and party either in middle of parking lot or behind building every night. There is Obvious Drug dealers, w Smith Street is skid row, kids scratching cars , drug use in cars, stolen cars schools horrible, and no issues fixed in Apt such as no electricity in kitchen for months and a broken dishwasher since pandemic. And many other things...oh yeah and pricey if you don't have section 8 or welfare.
MY ADULT CHILD LIVES IN THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX WITH HER CHILDREN-IT IS GETTO-NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT-IMPROPER MANAGEMENT-LIGHTING IN THE COMPLEX IS ALWAYS DOWN-FROM THE STAIRWAYS TO THE PARKING LOT. IF OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE PAYING FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING-THE COMPLEX SHOULD BE KEPT UP TO PERFECT STANDARDS-JUST BECAUSE IT IS SECTION 8 DOES NOT MEAN YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR TENANTS LIVE UP TO STANDARDS AS NEIGHBORS.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC ENVIRONMENT.
