Close Shop, fire everyone.
I called in order to find some assistance with my grandfather having an eye issue. The woman who answered the phone told me “it was not a good idea to call at 11:30 the day before thanksgiving.” Definitely not the way to address a possible future patient. It was very sad to hear someone say that and not feel like they are there to help you.

They are very good at what they do. I highly recommend Arbor Centers...
Everyone there is polite and seems to care about the reason you are there. They are efficient and usually run pretty close to on time schedule. If you need referred to another specialist they will take care of that also and see that you are seen by that specialist within a week
They actually care for their patients and make time in their schedule if complications arise as in my case.
The staff is always friendly and my physician Dr. Jein is ABSOLUTELY the best!!!! i give them 5 stars
This review is regarding Dr. Neha Sangal's "bedside manner" in dealing with my Mom, who has serious health challenges and challenges with her eyesight. My expectation is that a doctor, of all people, would be patient with seniors, especially those with health challenges. Instead, Dr. Sangal was extremely harsh and impatient. She told us my Mom's eyesight was getting worst but instead of scheduling her next appointment right away, she scheduled it 4-months later, which probably means it will be even worst.
