Asked them to cut down a tree and oleander and specifically said I'm going to put concrete over it, so I need the roots cut deep. They said ok but didn't. They cut the stump to ground level and said that's all they will do. They poured some tree killer on the tree, not the oleander, didn't kill the tree roots or the oleander. 3 months later, the oleander is regrowing, and so is the tree. I'm so appreciative and grateful I found ArborCare Tree Service and hired them to remove and trim my very tall and overgrown (California, Mexican Fan and Canary Island Date) Palm Trees.
