Years ago we had a tall oak tree that had died. It was in danger of falling on the house. We had another company come out and they gave us a quote and said they were going to drop the tree at an angle in the yard and then cut it up. That company stood me up twice, promising to come out and then not showing up. I was down to the wire of getting the tree removed because we were having a fence installed a couple days later.
