I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Luis, a maintenance staff at Arbor Flats. He is one of the most enthusiastic workers that we have had at our complex. His work ethic is quite admirable. He wouldn't mind going to his car to grab a broom to sweep the leaves around the pool just to make sure residents can get the most pleasant experience at the pool on a Saturday.
