The apartments have been renovated, they even have wine coolers. Washers and Dryers in every unit. Great specials.
I like it very much...very quiet...whenever I needed something right away they take care of it...
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Luis, a maintenance staff at Arbor Flats. He is one of the most enthusiastic workers that we have had at our complex. His work ethic is quite admirable. He wouldn't mind going to his car to grab a broom to sweep the leaves around the pool just to make sure residents can get the most pleasant experience at the pool on a Saturday. One time, I was advised by one of the office employees to wait for at least 2 days to get my kitchen light fixed, I ran into Mr. Luis at the mailbox... read more
