I honestly don't know how this company stays in business. At least a half dozen unreturned phone calls to follow up on an estimate thrown in the mailbox. When I finally did get someone on the line, they promised to come out the next week and remove a fallen tree. When I called to find out exactly when they would come the next week, no answer, no return call, no show. This company is a sham! Don't even bother contacting. WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Arbor Barber cut down a tree behind a fence in our yard. Unfortunately since it was behind the fence my wife did not realize they did not remove the tree like they quoted us and she paid them in full. They left the tree behind in very large pieces. When I called them they did come back and removed some smaller branches and once again left without telling anyone, leaving the tree behind.
