I phoned 5 Arborists to get my cat out of a high tree on a Saturday night (9 pm). Ievgen and Natasha were the only ones who responded with my cries for help. The cat kept moving around the tree and with his persistent he was able to get the cat down safely. I found out the next day a neighbour has used him to trim branches and was also pleased.
