Reasonable price
UPDATE : 3 weeks later and still nothing has been done to my floors they had a contractor come in called plant flooring they said all the floors in the apartment need to be replaced then he took a video lifting them up with his finger he said he’s certain there is mold under the flooring and said he was going to have his manager reach out to the property manager here in my maintenance history they marked it complete and put that they serviced my apartment which is a lie they have kept pushing it off and almost everyday I fin... read more

Thinking of moving here? Here’s my experience: I still haven’t received a second set of keys or a mailbox key. The flooring is bubbling and lifting throughout the apartment, likely from poor installation or water damage. Repairs have been minimal — only the oven fan and a window with a bullet hole were replaced. A bathroom wall was patched but never finished (no sanding or paint). Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t gotten any clear updates from Ronald, the Property Manager, or Miss Eunice. Very disappointing so far. This i... read more
