I used to take my pet cats to VCA Arbor when they were at a different address. This is a good veterinary clinic. They helped me sign up for home delivery service for my pet cat's flea and heartworm preventative medication.
Lovely staff and location, highly recommend for other pet owners looking for caring and friendly service. I had the pleasure to meet with Brandon and Dr. Wood for my 7 year old cats general checkup. Can’t find the words to explain what a breeze the visit was. Thank you!
Good morning ladies and gentlemen 🌻 I came in yesterday with Oreo because hims what's not feeling so well. When I tell you I thought my dog was at the end! 😭😭 I had been crying for two days bc I didn't know what to do and everything we were trying was not working! They helped us resolve our situation quickly and professionally, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to help with everything we needed. Highly recommend, truly a wonderful and supportive team!
Dr. Lucia, our usual vet, took excellent, attentive, empathetic care of our girl for close to a decade. All of the staff, from the front desk and technicians to the veterinarians have been kind, caring, and on top of their game. We have always felt our girl was in great hands. The staff remembers our girl and us. Appointments begin and are conducted in a timely manner. We have been been squeezed into the schedule for special circumstances.
