Cheerful and attentive staff. My first visit was very pleasant. Happy to have found them
If only my human doctors were as kind, communicative, and professional! I have been taking my two senior cats to Dr. Ortiz for several years now, and have always appreciated her time and care. She listens to concerns, and fully answers my questions. I also really appreciate that she lays out all the treatment options, and never makes you feel guilty for choosing a less invasive or cheaper option. The front office staff is also very quick to communicate and friendly. So very thankful to have found Dr. Ortiz and Arbor Animal!
Not good place for diagnostic for pets. Doctor took a few seconds to have a look at tooth and suggested it may have serious issue there may cause infection. Need x-ray to further confirm and perhaps need to pull the tooth or fix other things. Cost $280 for blood inspection before that and $790 for x-ray and deep cleaning together as package. Very friendly & informative! Prices are very fair here compared to other places
I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 because of how lovely the staff are. I took my cat here last year due to issues over grooming. They suspected allergies and prescribed steroids only for him to develop a kitty cold and become worse. I brought him back a second time, got blood work, and was told it was feline herpes virus. He eventually got better but his over grooming never stopped. Went back a THIRD TIME, to be given steroids again that made him develop ANOTHER kitty cold to only be told that steroids make herpes virus worse… ... read more
