I contacted this company to get upright rack repair. They were very responsive at first came out within a week to look and get pictures of all the racking. Took about a month to receive a quote and when I did it was just for the cost of the single upright piece to fix the rack not installation or any kind of work. Since receiving this partial quote I have reached out on three separate days trying to reach him and he doesn't answer phone calls or emails.
