He asked leading questions and wouldn’t let up on them, my answers were not good enough for him. He had me in a panic attack twice in the four hours he had me in there. There were couches and chairs in the office that we didn’t get to sit on. Had to sit on hard office chairs at the desk facing nothing but a blank corner. The report he compiled about me called me a liar and every other doctor i have visited also liars. I do not think this doctor knows anything about PTSD nor does he think it is a real problem. I would not recommend anyone going to this doctor.
He was unprofessional from the start of my appointment. He did not listen to me, he would turn my statement around and try to use it against me. Very rude, would not even let me finish an answer before interrupting me. This was a horrible experience, that I would not wish upon anyone.
He started by acting like he cared but it quickly had me in a panic attack to which he did nothing about. He kept going at me to discredit me and my PTSD. It was a horrible experience.
I just had an appointment with this person at the VA and it was by far my worst VA experience since I've been a Veteran (2003). He's rude from the time you meet him. His sole purpose is to try to discredit everything you say. He asked misleading questions and then use them against you in his report. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go see him for care or else you will regret it. This guy thinks he is God and could care less about what you tell him.
Dr. Arbisi is arrogant, condescending, and down right bad person. Get a copy of your medical records if you have been treated by Arbisi. It is likely that your concerns do not reflect Arbisi's concerns.
He was very rude. A lot of unnecessary comments that made me feel like he felt he was better than me. Didn't listen to anything I had to say. Very judgemental and arrogant. Would not send my dog to him. Do not recommend!
