If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience with Arbeni Management. They consistently neglect their responsibilities as property managers. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks sometimes never addressed at all. The building is in poor condition with leaks, cracks, and major issues in many of the units. The entire building is constantly dirty and unclean. There’s barely any heat or hot water most days in the winter, and when the heat is on, it’s so extreme it feels unsafe. Second day in a row I called for information about a unit on behalf of my client and the receptionist Darlene was very abrupt and rude. Yesterday, I was told to call from between the hours of 10am-6pm to speak with the guy regarding the apartment and the call was disconnected before I can ask anymore questions.
