I see alot of negative comments, so I wanted to put in my own 2 cents. My husband and I are currently renting ftom Arbella and I have to say this was the cleanest property we have ever rented. We have lived in many places, this is hands down the best. Mr.Tim has worked with us through some situations, did they charge of course they did, it's the business. They cannot just let people stay for free and if you are always late or have a dog or whatever yesssss there are fees!! It is part of renting! They are covering their behin... read more
