Top notch! Arbaugh is just that; precise like and tree removal even in the tightest of situations. Arbaugh will drop a tree precisely where needed between trees and between structures where you wouldn't think it was possible.

They did a wonderful job and they were so neat and cleaned up everything afterwards.
Spoke to the lady answering the phone on September 10th, told her what I wanted an estimate on, said they would be out in a day or two. By September 18th I had not received an estimate, so called again. Same lady answered the phone, again asked for all of the details of what I wanted done. I asked if she took notes on my request from our call on September 10th, she replied "yes but they are at the office". Again stated they would be out in a day or two to provide an estimate. Great job at a FANTASTIC price compared to other tree services!
It's clear this business has a good rating primarily for the customers they have done the job for, but it won't reflect the customers they said on multiple occasions they would be out and never showed up. This was in my case. They promised to be out at least on 4 occasions over a 4 month period. I would call about every two weeks, the lady would say they have me on schedule that Friday, Friday would come and they would never show. I gave up on them after 4 months. Negative. I wish I could give zero stars. We contacted this company 3 times to come out and give us an estimate to remove a huge tree (lightning damage). We gave an ample description of the tree including the huge line of where the bark is missing down to the ground. However, the guy didn't see the huge tree. The next two calls we were told he would be right out... to only not show either time. So we moved on. Horrible customer service.
