We visited Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai for our son's pediatric eye consultation on 4th march 2026. After completing all evaluations and examinations, my wife and I were asked to wait in Area 153 at around 11:45 PM for doctor consultation. We waited patiently for nearly three hours, but no one called our name. On 27-02-2026, I came to Aravind Eye Hospital in Madurai for my father. The staff nurses were very, very rude and made us feel upset. I was truly disappointed. I really did not like it at all. The doctors were okay, but the staff nurses were very, very bad. It was a waste of time.
