I came here to check an apartment that i saw online which was available, they said you need an appointment in order for them to give me a tour, i went and got an appointment the 07/24/2025 i had an appointment at 4pm, i took a day off just to go check the apartment and when i got there, no one was there and the office was close, and i tried to call and no answers, what i waste of my time, never going back there again, and i will not recommend this place to nobody.

My partner and I have been talking about moving, We looked at these apartments and loved them. Emilee was super informative and answered any questions we had during our tour! We ended up touring 3 more apartments but ended going with Aravia! Emilee made the process smooth and pleasant!
We lived here for two years and it was a great experience. Quiet for the most part (can't control upstairs neighbors unfortunately), maintenance requests are done rather rapidly, managers listen to complaints/concerns, pool and hottub are well maintained. Only issue is parking is scarce if you don't have a carport or garage. Other than that, it's a very nice place to live. We've lived in 4 apartment complexes over the last 10 years, and this is by far the best overall experience we've had.
