I saw Dr. Sayari for back pain. As he is a surgeon, I expected him to recommend surgery at the start. However, in order to make sure that surgery was the best plan of treatment, he referred me for several different non-surgical treatments, which resulted in significant pain improvement. Although I may need surgery at some future point, I was totally impressed with Dr. Sayari’s desire to have me avoid that if at all possible. He has been patient and attentive and I recommend him highly.
