Dr Poursina took care of me in the hospital for 2 wks. when I got sepsis from the pool and a cut I had stitches in. I absolutely think he saved me! It had settled in my lumber area, neck and metal part of a new knee replacement. He cured me after weeks and months of antibiotics given myself at home. Home health came and drew my blood weekly that he checked once the lab sent him the results. I will be a patient of his again if I ever need him. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Very thorough and attentive. He take the time to address your needs and concerns. Very pleased with his professional and knowledgeable manner.
New patient and very complex with 35 hospitalizations in 10 years from whipple complications affecting liver causing blood infections. Dr Poursina was prepared for first visit placing protocols for how to deal with my issues. I was scheduled for hip replacement and he cautioned me on moving forward at this time pointing out the risks I faced. We have confidence in Dr Poursina
