Stayed in a King Room for a night in Nov. It’s within walking distance to the main sights and eateries in Ararat (not a big city anyway). The rooms were clean and spacious, with practical facilities (functional and not elaborate). The bed was big enough to fit two adults and two kids. The owner was also nice and friendly, giving us recommendations on where to visit and eat. Definitely value for money. I’ll consider staying here again when I visit the next time.

Owners were very friendly, the motel doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms have been meticulously renovated, everything spotless and all basics you need are provided. Excellent location, almost opposite Ararat train station. The other impressive thing is that this motel is located on the Western Highway, the main route between Melbourne and Adelaide. So clean and spacious and well positioned near the town. We really loved our stay there and Jia was so kind and hospitable! I would definitely come back here the next time I am back in the area, it’s great price to performance ratio.
