The rooms were old and weary Honestly, its less than 3 stars hotel The receiption desk was nice but not helpful at all and didnt agree to proceed with cancellation evem when he knew that I had to leave which is very rigged I dont recommend this stay unless you got no other option
Stayed at Ararat Motor Inn and overall, it’s a good place to stay. Our booking was ‘upgraded’ from a single queen bed to a twin setup, which felt a bit odd for a couple. Honestly, I couldn’t notice much of an upgrade. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, and the bed linen was fresh and comfortable. However, the towels seemed a little worn out and could use an update.
We could only get the King room as apparently the executive rooms were all booked out. The king room is very basic it's not a king bed but 2 x single bases slapped together with a mattress on top, making it so uncomfortable. The pillows were horribly flat, manchester was rudimentary, no doonas just a skinny blanket and a polyester comforter which had seen better days, thankfully there was an electric blanket at least.
