They hassled me about securing every material they’d need before tiling my bathroom rather than being professional and including that in their pricing / estimate. That’s like a nail tech expecting you to secure and bring your own acrylic for your nail appointment. I had no problem paying for materials. They retaped a couple of leaking windows when everyone else wanted to up sell us on windows we didn't need. They did great work, got the job done quickly, and shared photos so we could see what they did.
