We just purchased a new vacuum from here after bringing in our less than 2 year old Shark that crapped the bed. Nick was awesome showing us some options that fit our house size and needs. The vacuum we got came with a 10 year warranty! (in this economy??) We came home and vacuumed the whole house, disgusted by the amount of gunk our old vacuum was missing. Proud to support a local business that does right by customers.
This store has been in business for 40+ yrs and there is a reason why. It’s a high quality, stand behind their work place. We had my moms 30+ yr old Kirby serviced & worked on & I got it home & had an issue. Took it back & he fixed it quickly & at no additional charge. Knowledge, integrity, great work is how I’d describe this business.
Walked in with a vac problem for a brand he does not even service. He helped me with no problem. Extremely considerate. Will go again if I need.
