Terrible company always backed up, terrible to employees. Rex is the slowest person I’ve ever encountered. Bob has real poor communication skills. They are on a quick road to losing their entire business. Even looking through reviews I can see how he treats customers and am appalled. You have no communication skills! No problem ignoring people! You should be fired from your own company! My buddy’s son worked for him and was treated terribly. STAY AWAY from these people!!!
As a large mechanical contractor, we needed some parts,I spoke with a guy there that was very rude and kept telling me that they don’t sell retail, kept telling him it’s not a retail sale and he hung up on me,I won’t even attempt to use this place ever.
