I just called, told the woman I'm finishing cancer treatment and my roommate wants me to leave and is making my life hell, is there any help? She said there's a year waiting list. So I asked if I should plan to be on the street, she gave a dismissive, I just told you and then and she hung up on me. Why is this office receiving funding and why is it open, paying people who are rude and don't care if there's no help anyway? More gov sponging?
Been trying to contact someone for three weeks. I call and get forwarded to someone who returns my call telling me they aren’t the person who can help and to call back. I call back…line in unavailable for hours.

I am living with BLACK MOLD! I have called several times over the weeks and no one has returned my call. I have lived at Centennial East for over 6 years and at least twice a year, black mold appears in my bathroom. It has NOT been treated at this point regardless of my efforts both with the leasing office and the housing authority. This is criminal and I will not stop until I have justice.
