I’m extremely disappointed with the parking situation at this property. There has been a vehicle double-parked underneath the carport for approximately SIX MONTHS, with extremely expired tags, and it continues to take up parking space that residents are paying for. Management claims that they have a tow company that removes vehicles that don’t belong, but somehow this vehicle has been sitting here for months without being towed. My touring experience was very informative and helpful. Emily communicated every detail and made us feel welcome. The neighbor cat greeted me as well. I love that you can rent a detached garage, so as not to worry about your car in a public space. Although we applied to rent a place from a private owner because of have an attached garage. Arapahoe is my back up in case something changes.
