When I checked in, the woman at the front desk was very unfriendly & rude, I asked her for an extra towel, & she was very reluctant to give me one. The room was not clean, there were dead cockroaches in the room, the front door was filthy & hard to open, the bathtub was dirty, the grill area had 2 rotted out, unusable grills w/no grates. Will never stay here again!
Made reservation for 3 people for May 2 through May 6 with late check-in with no issues. The 2 separate sleeping areas were perfect for us and spacious so we didn't feel cramped up. Family member returned key card at check-out and I returned later due to having to work to pick up my $60 deposit which was given back with no issues. Am extra key would have been nice since family was enjoying their vacation and I had to work but we made it work.
