This office is very well-managed, and the care is best on-going I have received in my experience. Dr. Tomas, clearly very smart about the care he administers, and always focused on what is best for his patient.
Great Office team members and friendly, DR Araneta, he is awesome doctor, he spend time and explain the situation in details with his patient. the Office staff are beyond helping patients. Overall the office is spotless clean. I thank each and every one for excellent patient treatment and caring of your patients.
Calls are answered promptly and I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. Prescriptions are taken care of in a timely manner when asked and medication refills and directions always explained. If Dr Tomas feels changes are needed he always explains and goes over everything including concerns if any and listens to his patients.
I feel I receive the highest level of care at this practice. I feel listened to, and I always feel I receive good clear instructions on what I need to do to stay healthy. I have also been to the walk in clinic, and felt the staff there was excellent too.
Office staff is friendly and efficient. I've suffered from a chronic condition for years and, compared to the many other doctors I've seen, Dr. Tomas is knowledgeable, respectful, methodical, and a clear communicator. Definitely gets my endorsement.
