They installed my brand new Trane heat pump back in October 2024 wrong, it’s only six months old and i already have issues with heating last Feb 2025 now come April 2025 issues with cooling. The owner who installed don't want to talk to me or even try to come to house to look on the system he installed, his always have excuses/alibis. Now i have to hire another elite contractor to fixed my ac. Beware don't be a victim like me.
