I’m very thankful for the team at Aran & Franklin Engineering, Inc. They went above and beyond to rush a design for me so we could meet the City of Hitchcock’s requirements and ultimately get my elderly parents their AC as quickly as possible. Audrey, who answers the phone, is always kind and professional, and made the whole process feel much easier. Their responsiveness and willingness to help under a tight deadline really made a difference for my family. Highly recommend!

If your needing a project done right, go no where but to Aran & Franklin. Engineers are knowledgeable and always willing to help answer questions.

Paid to have a post construction TWIA certification on 3/25/24. Inspector came out on 4/7. Then heard nothing. After a month or so I called for an update and was told it might take 4-6 weeks. Long story short, the engineer admitted he forgot to take action on my project. Aran and Franklin did nothing and now refuses to refund my initial payment. I got another engineering firm, they came out inspected and completed the entire process in 3 weeks.

Do not contact this firm in any way whatsoever. They are horrendously expensive, horrifically late, and absolutely unreliable with their work. There are other firms in the Texas Area that can provide you with realistic prices and a proffesionally great experience.
