Aram & Franklin Engineering certified my deck windstorm retro. We had to remove the stairs to the existing deck for siding replacement. Contacted Audrey to inquire about certificate she was very efficient, pleasant and courteous. We set a date and time in about 5 minutes time. She said Engineer Carlos would be out the next day to gather the preliminary information for a bid on the project. When Carlos arrived he was very personable and great to work with. Horrific communication!!!! I used them 10 years ago for some homes the work was fine, but the communication was less than average then, but now, it seems the “engineer” I am working with is overseas, and has no idea of the area. NO ONE is ever in the office to answer. I have called for 8 business days, sent email after email begging for a call, zero response! Today I called and asked for a refund if I can’t get a call back. My husband and I own property that is beach front in Galveston County, Texas. We have used Aran & Franklin a number of times over the past decades. Their work was performed timely and in a very professional and an easy to understand presentation. Just as important, they were very responsive and helpful with any follow-up or questions we had. When we next have need for such services, we will definitely contact Aran + Franklin.

My wife and I hired Aran & Franklin earlier this year to draft a set of as-is architectural drawings for our home, ahead of several remodeling projects we will be performing. Their team was incredibly patient with our revision requests and took the time to make sure the drawings were "done right by us". We'll definitely be using their services going forward!

Aran and Franklins is so easy to work with and also will help walk you through issues even if they aren’t in their scope and are able too. We always refer our clients to Aran and Franklin so we know the work is good and it’s easy to communicate with the Engineer.
