My 85 year old dad came for an eye laser procedure. No instructions with what he needs to do. Let him walk out of the surgery room by himself self right after the procedure. No nurse no one to walk with him. His eye were dilated and he couldn’t see. 85 years old and no one in the office helped him walk out. What a shame. No explanation from staff on what to do next. They are horrible office I went in today to check my pre glucoma and the heavy set cuban women staring yelling at me because that wanted me to do a full eye check up. I told her no I am only here to test my eye pressure..so she started to scream at me.. I told her I dont want my eyes deleted because I cant see very well after words. This mean person told me that I need to leave. So I said yes your right I will go to Walmart have the test done there.. she told me yes get out of here and do it at Walmart.. thats how they treat... read more
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be told I would have to wait 1–2 hours — and that it “doesn’t matter” if I showed up on time because that’s just “how they work.” That is beyond unprofessional. No explanation. No apology. No respect for my time. I drove all the way here for nothing, rearranged my schedule, and was treated like my time had zero value.
