Disgusting facility that doesnt get wiped before or after a patients done using the equipment!! nothing was sterilized or cleaned. Everything gets reused and its just a dirty environment overall. I would stay far far away until they fix these issues and invest in some lysol wipes maybe? or that might be too much to ask for.
I’m just here since 8:30 am waiting for my mom’s appointment. It’s 11:05 and nothing. Worst scheduling ever!!! Not planning to come again!!
Dr. Steven Newman was really cool and patient and kind. I had a very constructive visit.
Had an appointment at 1:30, arrived at 1:15. Waiting room full with at least 25 people, no seat available. So I asked the person at the desk if all those people are ahead of me, she said yes but there are 2 doctors ! Even with 2 doctors, at what time will I be seen by one? Will I wait at least 2 hours? She said yes!!!! I left ! It is a shame how they can disrespect people like that!!!
My 85 year old dad came for an eye laser procedure. No instructions with what he needs to do. Let him walk out of the surgery room by himself self right after the procedure. No nurse no one to walk with him. His eye were dilated and he couldn’t see. 85 years old and no one in the office helped him walk out. What a shame. No explanation from staff on what to do next.
