My mom’s experience with her first surgery was good, but on her second surgery, she did not feel well treated. The facility was not well maintained, and the bathroom was dirty on a Saturday with little to no soap available. They also scheduled too many patients for the Saturday follow-up appointment and did not have enough staff, resulting in a very long wait. Cleanliness, basic hygiene, and adequate staffing should be priorities in a medical office.

I made my appointnent 3 weeks ago with Dr. Aran. Upon arrival, the staff was not very helpful... almost expecting me to know where to go even though it was my first time there. I waited 30 minutes to be seen by a technician who was pleasant but spoke almost no English. We struggled to communicate as I know very little spanish. It's a nice, clean facility. Check-in and check-out were slow, but there were only 2 girls, a lot of patients, and one girl didn't speak English well. The assistant and the Dr. we're very nice and seemed efficient. It was my first visit, so not much else to say now.
