This place is a disaster. Shame they even have a license to operate. I was there this week for a follow up after a cataract surgery and I waited 3.5 hours. Finally gave up and left. There was only ONE doctor to take care of patients located in 3 large waiting rooms. Those rooms were packed. And ONLY ONE DOCTOR for everybody. When I asked who the manager was, I was told that managers work from home and that I had to call a call center to leave a message. What a disaster!

The worst front desk in a medical facility. My appointment was at 8.15, I arrived at 8 not even good morning from them, they were just talking between them. I wrote my name on their log book and I set, waiting my call. After one hour nothing, 2 hours nothing. So I went to ask to these two employees that I was there since 8 am, and one of them told me, ups your name was not clear so we didn’t call you and they skip my name. Terrible place. The staff are incredibly rude—it honestly feels like they intentionally hire the rudest people. I spent three hours there, waiting in one line after another, only for my actual appointment with the doctor to last no more than three minutes. The doctor didn't even give me a chance to ask the questions I had before sending me on my way.
