The doctors are excellent but support staff terrible. They claim they will call you back when you try to get a department but does. No one answers phones in section in charge of surgeries and when you.get through to humans on the main lines, they tell you they will send emails to the relevant departments then you hear nothing further! I was told by my optometrist there that I need surgery, they would schedule it and call me. After a month, no one has called.
