What a joke never again, absolutely useless.
Worse delivery service in Canberra. Driver too lazy to put the box under cover at my front door. Put it on the edge of the veranda in the rain, half a meter from the door and cover and visible to the street. When I asked him to as I opened the door, when I heard him, to put it under cover as the box was heavy - his answer was No, I only need to put it at the front door. Had a parcel delivered and left out the front of the wrong address. As a consequence it has now been stolen as it was left visible to the Main Street. The sooner this business goes under the better for all those that shop online.
I am yet to receive an overseas parcel that took 4 days to reach Sydney, but 6 days to get to Canberra, and it still hasn't been scanned at the Canberra depot. The expected delivery date was yesterday, and despite multiple calls, I haven't received any updates. I'm even willing to pick it up myself from the depot, but they can't confirm whether it's there or not.
