I bought 3 ice creams at Cleveland zoo, honey hut location, however I was charged for 4, because my kid asked for a sugar cone on top of small ice cream cup. I said I will pay $1 for sugar cone, but they charged my 21$ for 3 small ice creams. I asked for receipt and a manager, but did not get either one. Poor service, woman cashier was not helpful and told me to call Aramark for any complaints. Of course Aramark phone number is not responding. Poor service. 0 stars.
