There was recenlty a lot of layoffs. They are going to lay you off, call you back in 3-4 months and have you go back as a temp, getting paid half as much as you were. The whole game is to lay you off so they can call you back for less than what you are getting from unemployment so that you would decide that there is no point of going back and cut your unemployment. This company plays lots of games, ou just have to catch them in action. Horrible place to work for.
This place is a horrible place to deal with. There's a policy at every company that people go by. At this one - it is by favoritism. The heck with the policy. I'd go on for ever if I was to explain my experience with this company and some of the supervisors. If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself.
