Unreliable. Have called 6 times now to get machine swapped and they themselves interiorly can’t even get in contact with the area tech or whomever is the one that supposed swap out new machine. Give a 0 stars if they had ability to do so.
We had a Krea Necta machine provided by Aramark. We have 50 employees who look forward to their coffee. The machine has broken down a few time and most recently it was taken to their warehouse for repair. It has been gone about 2 weeks. We have called and are told that someone will get back to us and nobody does. We found another company who brought their machine the next day but are now stuck with probably 20 pounds of coffee and all types of creamers and other supplies. If you want unreliable service just call Aramark.
