They are a good company, good service, quality products.
Since the management change service has been great! It is regular, dependable and they work with you if you need changes.
This company's customer service and machines suck. The machine says "use exact change only" when the machines have change in them. The credit card machine doesn't work either. I have called multiple times with still no resolution. The last customer service associate acted like she hung up so I would hang up. Very rude lady.

Vending machine tells you to use exact change and when you do you it gives you nothing. When I called customer service they didn’t even offer to refund my money. Will not use vending machines from Aramark again.
