These people sell warm pop And if you lose your money they refuse to give you refund. Contact them four times ten four weeks left a note on the machine for their driver who is here twice a week. Ken says he doesn't care. Horrible customer service. It's only two dollars but how many other people are they doing it too

This company has HORIBLE customer service. I do not recommend this company, especially if you operate a smaller company/business. We put in a service request on a machine we have had for over 10 years. Not only did they take our machine, but then they did not provide any follow up information about repairs or anything. After calling and emailing, I finally got a call back only for them to tell me that we have to enter into a $140/month contract to get our machine back.
