I m calling Kim/Cannon and know one is answering the phone to solve a issue that is out of control. How can resolve the issue if know is willing to pick up the phone. REALLY!!!!

I totally disagree with the previous comments. I have been with Aramark for the past year or so and I have not had any problems with them. Every time I call they are more than willing to help me with any situation, whether it be deliveries, billing, or service. My driver is always on time, and he demonstrates world class customer service, as well as his fellow employees. I would recommend Aramark to anyone! I love them!!!

Both of the earlier comments are correct. T his company has no remorse nor regrets on how their customers get treated, i have seen our driver 1 time for the year and it is May 23, 2007 no one ever showed up. All they keep saying is we will get this on track and put these comments in your file.

I agree with the last complaint, this company has no remorse nor regrets on how their customers get treated, i have called everyday since the 15th of August because our scheduled monthly run was supposed to be on the 14th no one ever showed up, or called to say why they didnt. when i called i was promised he would be out that same day, here it is the 22nd of August and i have called everyday and still no product has shown up, we have since closed out account with them...... THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I PLACED AN ORDER ON MONDAY, WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TUESDAY MORNING - HERE IT IS WEDNESDAY MORNING AND THEY "HAVE TO CALL THE DRIVER" TO FIND OUT WHEN HES DELIVERING!!!!!
