I wanted to update my review because the service has improved significantly. The managers and staff in the past 8 months had been great. I am keeping my original review, but it is great to go back and give credit where it is due. Definitely need training in customer service. For example, some work on communication, transparency, creative problem solving or giving customers the sense that they care about they need and one is not just a number. I've kinda eaten all over campus, the food is okay, a lot of regulated chains that make it, the chick-fila always has a line, subway can get busy, and the other options can be okay. Employees are friendly enough but energy is lacking all together. Don't bother trying the Asian express unless you absolutely have to, the food is clearly poor quality and the lack of a line can prove that to you.
