Horrible jeweler…. Was told engraving on bracelet was included when I paid. Went back to get engraved and was charged for it! Not a man of his word
I am devastated. I had two issues with this jeweler. 1 - I sent my wedding bracelet there to get fixed and it is completely ruined as you see in the photo. I was charged a fee for this mess! I did not bring this up to them because I won’t risk it being ruined more. Taking it elsewhere. 2 - My mother in law bought a bracelet for our son and he offered free engraving later. When I brought it in, he charged $45 even after I brought up what he said to my MIL Truly disappointing.
I absolutely love Aram Fine Jewelry! I went in just to browse and ended up leaving with the most beautiful custom necklace. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing, and the owner was so passionate and helpful. You can really tell they put their heart into every piece. I can’t wait to go back for more! Highly recommend!
Very nice and professional. I had called to inquire about a ring repair and the gentleman ask me to bring it in. He fixed it in the matter of minutes and cleaned it free of cost!
I loved the selection, professionalism and customer service. Haitham was very helpful. I loved that they have a doorbell, I went to 6 other jewelry locations in the area and the employees were in the back so they didn’t see me standing outside the door. It’s too cold to make customers wait outside for long periods of time. Another perk, employees speak English.
