Dr Arai is good. He is very professional and answers all questions patiently. He gives a lot of attention and time and doesn't hurry.
Very profesional and friendly service. I met this doctor when he had an office in Los Angeles. From the very first day he made sure that all my needs were covered. He is soft spoken and very friendly and as I kept comming back for follow ups or new appointments I always left with a sence of satisfaction that my visual needs and all my questions were answered acordingly.
