Repairs done only when customer is persistent, lack of integrity and customer service Took a saw in to have the wrap around handle replaced and asked for a tune up (plug and carb rebuild) as well as sharpen the chain at the same time. Picked it up and made the mistake of not trying the saw while still there. Drove all the way back to Los Lunas and discovered it will not even start. Went back and left it. GREAT HELP WITH MY FLOOR LAMP A GRATEFUL CUSTOMER OF ARAGON'S. I stopped by with a wiring problem with a floor lamp I'd picked up at a yard sale. Instantly, Mrs. Aragon, her daughter, and grandson got to work on my situation. Within a half hour, my lamp was wired and without any charge, I was happily on my way. MANY, MANY THANKS TO THE ARAGONS!!! I WILL RECOMMEND AND PRAISE YOU TO FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BACK They replaced a NEW part on my lawn mower and charged me for it. When I showed the short man the part that was replaced and asked for a refund for the part, he became angry and after refunding the amount and told me to get the F*CK out of his house.

In Shock! I dropped off my saw after finding out they work with Husqvarna's since they are close to my work. After a couple of days I called the shop requesting they change my sprocket and sharpen my chain. When I went to pick up my saw on 20 Nov I took a quick look at it. I noticed the muffler screws were installed as I requested and the sprocket was changed; good...and then I noticed that a different bar and chain were on my saw . Awesome Service...Polite staff I love this place. The staff is very efficient, polite, and honest. They stayed after closing hours to help me and gave me tips about my chainsaw maintenance that I had never seen in any manual. All of the employees went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. Great service which is hard to find these days!!

That guy behind the counter I've gone in to this place three times and the guy behind the counter [ male approx 50yr old] just has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. One time he's complaining about the management out loud before he ever asks if he can help me. Didn't even want to look up a part for me. Next time i go in he's busy has his back to me then mutters if he can help me. Meanwhile phone rings and I guess it's his boss wanting to know what happened to the female clerk and he say's she just left in a ... read more

Bizarre I have used Aragon's several times. Today was the last. It ended with the owner calling me a liar several times and then him getting nose to nose with me asking me if I wanted to hit him. He was obviously trying to bait me. I didn't oblige him. The issue was over the work that had been done and at one point I had my billfold out and was ready to pay my bill. Fire Wood Season I have ordered my fire wood from Aragon's for the last three years and every year they deliver it and stack it for us. They are always on time and extremely courteous. This year Mr. Aragon actually delivered it himself! Such wonderful people! I would recomment them to anyone!

poor customer service There are two main problems with this business. their customer service is horrible and the staff is incompetent. I tried to order a muffler gasket for my husky 575 xp and the clerk told me to use partstree.com because, "we don't order parts." If they don't order parts, how do they intend to service the products they sell? It's sad. The owners really are nice people but the wheels seem to have come off the business. Save money and aggravation, baileysonline.com. I won't even relate my latest tale of woe.
