"Hire and fire is their motto" So this company asked me to work for them and I did. Everyday the owner kept saying what a great job you're doing. I ended up getting three sales almost four the first week. The owner said, "that's impossible, this has never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever happened here, that's so hard to do." So the guy training me, that has been there longer than me, got mad and upset that he wasn't getting any contracts because they were all canceled and all mine were go... read more

Ricardo provided an excellent service for replacing my roof. He is on time every time, quick feedback, clear explanation for all the details including dealing with insurance company. The whole process is smooth and quick. We don’t need to worry about negotiating with the insurance company. The construction roof team is professional and doing a nice job. Would definitely recommend this company to the neighbors and friends.
Mr.Manual and his roofer crew did Excellent Job and showed me the different materials to pick and advice me about each one and job completed nicely and clean up the old roof was done very well and I would recommend them to anyone need roof replacement
