I was happy with this dentist for a while. Everyone seemed friendly and most things ran smoothly (with the exception of annoying paperwork that seems to be redundant and a bit annoying). But this last appointment I was a little turned off my the automatic text message sent out saying that the appointment would be canceled if I didn’t confirm and them scheduling me during a day the office was closed. Very sweet and patient with my daughter who has extremely high anxiety. They were patient and providednher with small breaks as needed. Definitely 10/10
The ladies at Aragon were phenomenal. All the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable being in the office.
It was great. I was updated on everything and how long it would be. I was offered coffee, tea and chocolate milk if I was interested. We received the best customer service.
Aragon Pediatric Dentistry was amazing with my autistic son who was having a hard time at first. The staff and Dr Aragon went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, relaxed, and calm throughout the visit. We were expecting to return next month, but they were able to complete everything in one day, which was such a relief. I truly appreciate the care and patience they showed—highly recommend!
