Had a air conditioner installed and had them fix my furnace filter rack took 3 months and still not done terrible schedule used 2 vacation days that I totally wasted waiting on them to show up they said it was scheduled for the following week. I don’t recommend them.
Second time to deal with then and was very pleased with the service and price. AAA+++
Our AC went out almost 2 months ago. We called, they diagnosed it as a control board issue with the furnace. We waited over a month for this part to come in. They were supposed to call us multiple times to let us know what was going on with the part and never did- we had to- and several times we didn't even get an answer. They finally call and say the part is in and they are coming Friday to fix it. My husband had to work a double to have Friday off. My Central Air went out in the middle of the night. ( of course on a Sunday.) My house was 80 degrees by the time we woke up. I called Aracich at 8:00am and Joe was here repairing my unit by 10:00am! He was done in less than 15 minutes and the pricing is very fair!
Justin was great to deal with. He was able to determine what my issues were within minutes and had my air back up and running. Overall from when he pulled it to unit working was just under 30 minutes. Very thankful for a great small company and great staff
