I like Aracely's haircut and I did keratin with her once. This second time, I was very upset about her services. She did the first part, then she left the beauty salon to go somewhere. So, I stayed there for almost 1 hour waiting, with the product in my hair, scratching a lot (I even got a pencil to itch the areas).
