We bought a house recently, and the prior owner used this company for termite control, and had a warranty through them. As we renovated the house, about a quarter of the house was infested with termites. I've repeatedly called and left messages and no one answers. The phone number on the contract goes to a cell phone, and the address is a PO BOX. I think this a scam. They probably just collect old people's money and never do any termite control.
