Folks did a jam up job on the roof, and I appreciated the honesty from Ashley and the crew.
I have so many good things to say about this company !!! Reasonable, punctual, they get back with you on time, they’re letting you know step-by-step , and the work is phenomenal! And Ashley is the BEST !!! I don’t think this girl sleeps !! What a hard worker and attention to detail is great !! Ty for the two amazing jobs you did for us !!! Recommended 100%!!
We had three issues with our roof, damaged gutter, clean gutters and a persistent roof leak needed to be found and repaired. Ashley came out and explained exactly what would be done and provided an estimate. Before quoting cost she climbed on the roof and took pictures. She also found the cause of the leak. She is very good at what she does. ARAC is fortunate to have her as part of their team. Within a week work was completed and you could not even tell they were here.
I had an outstanding experience working with Ashley at Roof it Forward. From the start, she was incredibly professional and truly amazing to work with. She showed up exactly when she was supposed to and provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Needed a new roof after inspector said it had life left in it. I contacted Roof It Forward and they came out stated it needed a new roof. They were communicative and efficient. They delivered the product and stayed in contact daily for scheduling the install due to weather. Once weather allowed they were onsite on time and were done within 7 hours that included clean up! Highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof! Great team and they did an amazing job!
