I cannot say enough positive about the service, communication and delivery on expectations that Alex and his Team performed for my Mom. I live out of town and tried to navigate this re-roof and Alex made me feel so comfortable that we were in the right hands. He delivered perfectly with great communication and a real genuine communication style. Please use this company for your next roof project. You will not be disappointed.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mark, Laurie, and the crew! The process was by far the easiest insurance claim I've ever done. Between making the claim, inspection, and approval, it was a week! My HOA took longer to get the go ahead than the rest of the process. Mark was there every step of the way to explain things and answer questions and make sure things ran smoothly. I just had my roof done by ARAC and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would also like to give a shout out to their restoration consultants, Mark Otterbourg and Alex Sajonz who were so helpful and nice to work with. My roof was replaced due to hail damage, so I went through my homeowners insurance .
